Spotify For Xbox Sighted Again In Official Xbox Video
After rumors that Spotify might soon be available on the Xbox started circulating, more details [...]
The First Leak
While it could probably be considered much more of a tease as opposed to a leak since it came from a high-up member of the Xbox team, the first look at Spotify on the Xbox came just a few days ago when a user spotted the service being used by Larry "Major Nelson" Hyrb.
Seen above, the brief description of the service being used was all that most players needed to see to get they Xbox-Spotify hype rolling. With the streaming service clearly in use next to the Xbox name, it seemed certain that Spotify would be coming to the Xbox soon.

If the first teaser for the service wasn't enough to generate a buzz about Spotify partnering with Xbox, this second one coming two days after the initial tweet that was shown previously would definitely do the trick.
Almost as if it was a reward for players who watched the full video, a "This Week in Xbox" video segment uploaded on Aug. 4 had another teaser for Spotify stuck in at the very end of the video. Appearing at the 9-minute mark, just 16 seconds before the video was finished, the Spotify service shows up again at the bottom of the Xbox menu.
It carries the same name as the one shown in the previous teaser, and the reveal only excited Xbox fans even more.

Not long after the video was released, more discussions began swirling online in the Xbox communities. On Reddit through the Xbox One subreddit, one quick user posted a clearer shot of the Spotify tease.
Seen below, Spotify is clearly being used by Major Nelson to listen to the Fable theme, and it even looks like background music will most definitely be an option. The options for the controls were a point of discussion on the Reddit thread where the picture was first posted, and users are pretty confident that background music is something to look forward to.
When Spotify will be released it still up in the air, but with it being teased so openly, it likely won't be long before Xbox owners are jamming out while playing their favorite games.
