DC Comics New Classics Funko Pops Are Here, And Less Is More

Funko has released countless Pop figures of DC Comics superheroes like Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern over the years. Endless variations, increasingly elaborate designs, and higher prices – Funko is certainly guilty of losing sight of what made them popular in the first place. What if I just want a character in their classic costume with a simple pose for cripes sake? If that sounds like you, you’re really going to love the DC Comics New Classics line.

Funko’s DC Comics New Classics lineup includes Pop figures of Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern in poses and costumes that are similar to the Funko Pops of yore, only with tweaks for 2025. We think fans will be especially happy to see Hal Jordan, but the whole lineup looks great. Presumably this is only the beginning, so if you don’t see a character that you would like in this wave, chances are it will arrive down the line – assuming these New Classics do well of course.

That said, if you’re on the other side of these fence and think these DC Comics New Classics Funko Pops are a bit boring, you might be interested in the line of Batman Pops that they released back in July. The collection includes Knightfall Batman and Dark Multiverse Saint Batman, Robin King, and the Batman Who Laughs.
