TRON: Ares Funko Pops Have Entered The Grid

Tron: Ares starring Jared Leto, Jeff Bridges, Gillian Anderson, and the Nine Inch Nails soundtrack is set to hit theaters on October 10, 2025. Naturally, Funko is ahead of the game with pre-orders for a collection of Funko Pops that include figures of Ares and Kevin Flynn, but the Athena Lightcycle Pop Ride is the star of the show. The designs are what you might expect, but at least they appear to be spoiler-free for once.

TRON: Ares Funko Pop Pre-Orders

Pre-orders for all of the new TRON: Ares Funko Pops can be found here at Entertainment Earth and here on Amazon now. Direct links can also be found in the list below. Given that they’re commons, you shouldn’t have any trouble getting your hands on them. However, if you continue reading you’ll find that the new TRON and TRON: Legacy 4K Blu-ray releases are a completely different story.

TRON and TRON: Legacy 4K Blu-ray Availability

TRON and TRON: Legacy, will debut on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray for the first time ever on September 16, and they will be available in some sweet looking Steelbook cases. Pre-orders sold out almost instantly here on Amazon and here at Walmart, but they may return for the launch. If you want to complete the trilogy, we also expect the 4K Blu-ray for TRON: Ares to be available via those links on or around the October 10th debut in theaters.

The Walt Disney Film Restoration handled the 4K remaster, “correcting dirt, warping, and other imperfections to ensure pristine image quality”. The work on the TRON release was supervised by director Steven Lisberger while TRON: Legacy was done under the supervision of director Joseph Kosinski.
