Marvel Comics are going to get in on that lenticular cover action when their new push for Marvel Legacy hits stores, as they just announced their homage variant covers will sport the feature.

Marvel Legacy is the company’s new push to promote the return of classic characters while pushing their ongoing narrative forward. Some titles will keep their numbering while others will return to the older, long-running numbering as a show of embracing the publisher’s storied past.

They previously unveiled each title to be featured in the initiative with animated images showcasing new, homaged covers that transitioned into the the original source inspiration. Falcon #1 turned into Iron Man #71, X-Men Blue turned into X-Men #10, and Marvel Two-In-One turned into Fantastic Four #159.

The biggest stories and most epic team-ups come to MARVEL LEGACY this fall, and now you can hold the past and the future in your hands! Today, Marvel is proud to announce that all of the Marvel Legacy homage variants will be available as lenticular covers โ€“ a true celebration of Marvel’s history and expansive universe!

All of Marvel Legacy’s homage variants were previously unveiled, showcasing the new Marvel Legacy line-up and classic covers of the past. Don’t miss your chance to own a part of Marvel history โ€“ enhance your collection with all of Marvel Legacy’s lenticular covers, coming to comic shops this fall. As these will have limited quantities available, be sure to check with your local comic shop retailer to secure your copy!

Marvel Legacy follows in the wake of recent DC Comics initiative like Forever Evil‘s villains month, Future’s End, and most recently the Batman/The Flash crossover “The Button.”
