San Diego Comic-Con is almost upon us, and recently the schedules for Wednesday, July 20th (Preview Night) and Thursday, July 21st made their way online.

Preview night is mostly for people to get their bearings with the con’s booth layout, but there are artists who setup shop that night for those who want to get an early start on their sketchbooks. There are also a few panels to be had on preview night,starting with an education workshop called Teaching with Comics, which is all about introducing comics into your K-12 classrooms. The second panel of the evening is a regular occurrence at the show and is Warner Bros. Television’s Pilot Preview Night. Fans will get an early look at the much anticipated Riverdale, as well as Powerless, People of Earth, Frequency, Time After Time, and a new episode of Teen Titans Go!.
There’s a great deal more available on Thursday. Morning highlights include a DC Collectibles presentation (10 am), a Spotlight on Kieron Gillen (10 am), Comics Arts Conference #1: The Joker: Serious Study of the Clown Prince of Crime (10:30 am), Relaunching the Battlestar Franchise (10:30 am), Sea of Thieves: Art of Adventure (10:30 am), Spotlight on Peter David (10:30 am), and Transformers Generations: More Than Meets The Eye with Machinima (11:00 am).
At noon there will be a Justice League Action Video Presentation and Q&A, as well as the Welcome to the Whedonverse panel. 12:30 will see the start of Moana: Art of Story, and 12:45 will begin a Spotlight on Jim Lee. For WWE fans you’ll want to be at the Mattel & WWE Fan Panel, which will include The New Day, AJ Styles, and Becky Lynch. At 1:30 pm the Star Trek: 50th Year Celebration with Roddenberry Entertainment will start, and at 2:15 Gears fans can meet Rod Fergusson and Major Nelson at the Gears of War 4: Creators, Characters, and Cast panel.
Around 3:15 pm fans can join the DC Rebirth: Young Gotham / Young Metropolis panel and Marvel fans can visit the Marvel: Death of X panel at 4:00 pm. Skybound’s The Walking Dead panel starts at 4:30 pm and the Kotobukiya Summer Preview starts at 5:30 pm, and that’s just part of the day.
