For those of you heading to San Diego Comic-Con this week (July 21-July 24), make sure to visit the Mondo booth (#835) in order to get your hands on their latest creations, including posters based on Marvel's Ant-Man (2015) and Captain America: The First Avenger (2011).
The first Ant-Man poster, which you can view in our gallery below, was created by Ken Taylor, is limited to 175 copies, costs $75, and will only be sold at SDCC. However, a slightly-different version of it (second Ant-Man poster in our gallery) will become available online to the general public at a later date.
The first two Captain America: The First Avenger posters, which you can also view in our gallery, are being exclusively sold at SDCC. The first one was designed by Rory Kurtz, is limited to 350 copies, and will cost you $50. The second poster was created by Stan and Vince, is limited to 175 copies, and will be sold for $75. A variant of that poster will be sold online at a later date.
Marvel's Captain America: Civil War finds Steve Rogers leading the newly-formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity, but after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark's surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.
Captain America: Civil War will release on Digital HD on Sept. 2 and Blu-ray on Sept. 13.
