Spider-Man has a busy cinematic history, and the hero’s legacy is only going to become more convoluted this year. In July, Tom Holland will reprise his role as Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Homecoming after he debuted in the last Captain America film. The British actor left fans excited to see the character make a theatrical comeback after many had voiced their doubts about a third Spider-Man film franchise. Now, those who once doubted the project are starting to change their tune, and the trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming made converts out of plenty.
And, now, Holland has revealed his personal reaction to the stunning piece of footage.

Recently, the up-and-coming actor spoke with Hey U Guys about the thrilling trailer during promotions of his latest movie, The Lost City of Z. When asked to recall his reaction to the trailer, Holland had this to say:
“Dude, I lost my mind because it’s so strange to see Spider-Man and myself on the same screen. That still hasn’t sunk in yet.”
Continuing, Holland explained, “To see the trailer come out and have such a positive reaction was exactly what we needed, and we’re really proud and excited to show the fans. I’m more excited than the fans, I’m telling you. I’m so excited to see it.”
A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.).
