Gun Media has early-alpha gameplay footage from Friday the 13th: The Game. For the first time ever, you get to see how you'll control and utilize Jason Voorhees, as well as witness means of escape and evasion from the Camp Crystal Lake counselor's perspective.

The footage shows Jason stalking and killing several camp counselors. He picks up one female counselor with one hand and smashes her face into a rock. To finish her off, Jason snaps her back with a vicious stomp. The next kill is also a female counselor, but this time Jason smashes her head into the side of a cabin.

The perspective then switches to a preppy male counselor, who runs inside of a cabin and tries to throw Jason off his tracks by turning on the radio and opening up a window, making it appear as those he escaped. Just before Jason arrives, the counselor hides under a bed. Jason kicks down the cabin door, smashes the radio, and eventually locates and kills the counselor.

Friday the 13th: The Game is a third-person horror, survival game where players take on the role of a teen counselor, or for the first time ever, JasonVoorhees. You and six other unlucky souls will do everything possible to escape and survive while the most well-known killer in the world tracks you down and brutally slaughters you.

For the first time ever, you will have the opportunity to play as Jason Voorhees, the most famous killer in horror. Stalk your prey and ambush them whenever you see fit. Friday the 13th: The Game will include a variety of kills, new and familiar. You'll even get to unlock various Jason incarnations from the movies as well as two entirely new designs never before seen.

The entire focus of Friday the 13th: The Game is multiplayer. Survival is entirely up to you as you either stealthily hide from Jason or work together as a team to escape. Think you can take Jason on? You and the other counselors will have that chance as well. Be warned though, nothing is ever certain and no one is ever safe!

Friday the 13th: The Game will release to Xbox One, PS4 and PC in Fall 2016.
