Thanos Annual #1 Preview: The Mad Titan Returns

Marvel Comics has released a preview of Thanos Annual #1 by writer Jim Starlin and artist Ron Lim, the creative team behind The Infinity Gauntlet. Following his defeat in Infinity, Thanos welcomes the end of his life, hoping to finally be reunited with one true love, Death. But Thanos realizes that the afterlife isn't what he thought it would be when he is greeted by Mephisto. Mephisto brings with him a mysterious being with deep ties to the Mad Titan who takes Thanos on a journey through space and time, reliving his greatest triumphs and his most crushing defeats. Thanos must face down Mephisto, the Avengers and even his future self to prepare for what comes next. The issue serves as a precursor to August's Thanos: The Infinity Revelation original graphic novel. Thanos Annual #1 ships this May.
