After less than a week after its release, The Last Jedi has spawned countless rage-filled Star Wars "fans" to share their hatred over the latest chapter of the saga in a variety of ways. One user expressed their anger and racism by making a series of edits to Rose Tico's Wookieepedia page, who is played by Vietnamese-American Kelly Marie Tran.

This isn't the first time racists have attempted to take down the Star Wars saga, with The Force Awakens receiving backlash for the involvement of John Boyega, spawning the #BoycottStarWarsVII hashtag.

Tran's Instagram post showed her getting emotional over hearing these remarks which ultimately led to interjecting herself into the conversation.
Her post read, "I know how lucky I am to be a part of something that people love, to be able to act and tell stories at all. And one of my greatest joys has been creepily listening to conversations about TLJ when I’m out and about."
The Last Jedi is in theaters now.
