With two and a half months to go until the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story premiere, Hot Toys has unveiled its 1/6th scale collectible figure of the new Shoretrooper.

“The movie-accurate collectible figure is specially crafted based on the image of the Shoretrooper in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, featuring a highly poseable new body with a distinctive helmet, all-new armor with weathering effects, a new blaster rifle, detailed utility belt with pouch and other accessories, plus a specially designed figure stand,” reads the figure’s official description. “When you pre-order now, you can also receive a specially designed double-sided Imperial theme backdrop as a pre-order bonus accessory!”
In order to guard the top-secret Imperial Military headquarters on Scarif, a secluded and tropical planet, the Imperial army use a new class of Stormtroopers, known as Shoretroopers, to patrol the beaches and bunkers of the planetary facility.

From Lucasfilm comes the first of the Star Wars standalone films, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, an all-new epic adventure. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is directed by Gareth Edwards and stars Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Donnie Yen, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Riz Ahmed, Jiang Wen and Forest Whitaker. Kathleen Kennedy, Allison Shearmur and Simon Emanuel are producing, with John Knoll and Jason McGatlin serving as executive producers.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story opens in U.S. theaters on December 16, 2016.
