Being over fifty and having that classy English accent, one wouldn't expect to be cursed out by Star Wars actor Anthony Daniels (C-3PO).
And yet...Rogue One: A Star Wars story's charming, comic-relief droid apparently drew some ire from ol' Threepio during production -- if only in jest.
Alan Tudyk, the beloved character actor known for his work on Firefly, told Conan O'Brien on Conan that Daniels had let him have it.
"Anthony Daniels went on about the suit that he had to wear and that 'originally they put screws in my head and they closed it and he had to be on this thing," Tudyk explained. "He said, 'wait a minute, are you wearing an actual robot costume, or are they doing it in motion capture?' [I said] 'Motion capture.' 'You s--t.'"
He added, "And then I saw him at the premiere, I said hello again, and I said 'I'm going to ask you for notes when this is over, if you can please tell me how I did.' And I saw him at the party afterwards and he came up and said, 'f--k you.' And that's one of the best compliments I've got!"

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is in theaters now. Directed by Gareth Edwards, it's the first of the new standalone features from Lucasfilm and Disney, which take place outside the core "Skywalker Saga" of films noted by an Episode number. Rogue One tells the story of the small band of rebels that were tasked with stealing the plans to the first Death Star. The story spins directly off the opening crawl from the original Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope. In that crawl, it read: "Rebel spaceships, striking from a hidden base, have won their first victory against the evil Galactic Empire. During the battle, Rebel spies managed to steal secret plans to the Empire’s ultimate weapon, the DEATH STAR, an armored space station with enough power to destroy an entire planet."
