With less than two weeks until the premiere of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Disney and Lucasfilm have kicked the promotional onslaught into high gear in anticipation of the new film.

A brand new television spot called "Skywalker Saga" debuted recently, featuring a lot of action-packed moments jammed in its 30-second runtime. Check it out in the clip above!

While it begins with familiar footage, including the spine-tingling shot of Luke Skywalker in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon, it does tease some new angles at scenes we've already seen.

One such look includes the X-Wing zipping so fast through space that the momentum forces BB-8's head to roll backward. There's also a different shot of the duel between Captain Phasma and Finn, a long-awaited moment after the events of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

We also see squadron of TIE Fighters advancing ahead of the new First Order Assault Walkers, leading the charge in the Battle of Crait.

And finally, we get two quick shots of the twin siblings in the film, showing new looks at both Leia Organa and Luke Skywalker in the last movie they'll ever appear in together.

Excitement for Star Wars: The Last Jedi is reaching a fever pitch, and it's crazy to think that the film is less than two weeks from premiering. There are high expectations for this film, from the fans to the people involved, to the executives bankrolling it; there is a lot riding on it.

But Disney already has a lot of faith in it and its writer/director, having tapped Rian Johnson not only for a new Star Wars movie but to helm his own brand new trilogy in the franchise.

Not much is known about the new Star Wars trilogy at this point, and considering how well Johnson kept the latest film under wraps we might not learn much until the first one hits theaters.

The curtain will finally be lifted on Star Wars: The Last Jedi when it finally premieres in theaters on December 15.
