The team of Chad Gable and Jason Jordan shocked the wrestling world last night when they defeated the ‘New’ Wyatt Family on Smackdown LIVE to earn their first main roster tag team championships. American Alpha have become darlings of the tag team scene after they ran through NXT and shot into the Smackdown division after July’s brand split draft.
What made the win even more special was that it was Jason Jordan’s first time wrestling in front of his home crowd.
