When professional wrestlers step away from the bright lights of the WWE, they tend to have trouble dealing with life outside the ring. Physical fitness tends to go by the wayside and drugs and alcohol often replace the unmistakable buzz superstars get from performing in front of thousands of cheering fans. Knowing this makes seeing a former wrestler in the best shape of his life after many years away from the ring such a refreshing sight.
Former WWE and WCW legend, X-Pac now joins the short list of wrestlers who are finding health and happiness away from the ring. Pac, real name Sean Waltman, posted a selfie of his incredible body transformation and said that he is in the best shape of his life.

X-Pac made his debut for WWF back in 1993 as a jobber and was referred to as ‘The Kamikaze Kid’ before scoring an upset pinfall over Razor Ramon and becoming ‘1-2-3 kid’ in the process. After leaving the WWF for WCW in 1996, he became Syxx Pac and won the WCW Cruiserweight and WCW World Tag Team Championships in a two-year stint where he was an integral part of the NWO.
Waltman famously returned to the WWE in 1998 and became one of the main members of the legendary D-Generation X faction where he would win the European Championship and Tag Team Championship on two occasions.
The 44-year old has had a long battle with overcoming drugs and alcohol abuse but the great news today is that X-Pac is in quite unbelievable shape, even better than the condition he was in during the peak of his powers as a full-time in-ring wrestler.
