Fan Art Friday: Megazord Rises In New Power Rangers Art From Carlos Dattoli

Fans were a bit divided when the upcoming Power Rangers reboot debuted the new look Megazord. He certainly fit within the more alien stylings of the Ranger costumes and the Battle Zords, but some didn't feel it was very imposing.

That can't be said for artist Carlos Dattoli's version, who counts himself as a huge Power Rangers fan. His updated version of the Megazord has an immense sense of scale and presence, and the frame has several spots where you can see the inner workings and connectors that hold him together. Each piece also has the sleekness of the new designs with more grounded textures, and it creates an impressive final presentation.
