It is here! After weeks of waiting, Dragon Ball Super finally revealed Goku's long-awaited transformation. The moment came after one intense lead-up as the Saiyan fought Jiren, but nothing can top the moment Goku finally showed off his new power.

As you can see above, Dragon Ball Super's transformation for Goku is a dramatic one. The moment comes after Jiren and Goku enter their first fight during the Tournament of Power. The Universe 11 warrior was told to take out Goku by his own gods, and the Saiyan did not know any better when Jiren made the challenge. Dragon Ball Super's special followed Goku as the hero powered up into several of his transformations in an attempt to injure Jiren, but nothing worked. By the time Goku went Super Saiyan Blue with his Kaio-Ken maxed, there was little anyone could do to make Jiren flinch, and the Saiyan paid for it.

After throwing a Spirit Bomb at Jiren, Goku was stunned to see the fighter bat the attack away with one hand. Goku's SSB form wasn't strong enough to push the attack back, and Jiren wound up forcing the Spirit Bomb into Goku. The hero was left seemingly unconscious in the battle's aftermath, leaving Jiren the winner of the duel to the dismay of Universe 7.

Goku's eliminated team-mates were shown on the sidelines wondering anxiously if Goku had died; The group could no longer sense his ki, but the Saiyan wasn't down for the count just yet. In a moment that can only be called epic, the Tournament of Power's arena began to shake. With the gods watching in awe, a light of blue-white power shot from the ground where Goku was lying down unconscious. When the aura disappeared, Goku was left standing in shadows as he embraced his new form. The entire moment has fans freaking out online as some are calling the cinematic transformation Goku's best yet, but it still doesn't look like the form is powerful enough to beat Jiren. That is, just yet.

Dragon Ball Super airs on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami also airs the English dub on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
