Attack On Titan Live-Action Play Reveals Levi, Jean Character Posters

At long last, the live-action Attack on Titan play has unveiled its visuals for two favorite Survey Corps soldiers. Over the past months, Live Impact has released various character posters for leads like Eren, Mikasa, and Armin. A short teaser video was even rolled out for the ambitious project, but there was no update on casting for any characters aside from the main trio. However, that has all now changed. Over on Twitter, the folks behind the Attack on Titan play have released images of Levi and Jean in-costume.
Yuya Endo has been cast as Levi Ackerman, a squad commander in the Survey Corps. Known as humanity's most feared soldier, the character is known for his chic expression and calculated personality. As for Jean Kirstein, Honda Reiko has been tapped to play the training corps member.
A second visual for the Attack on Titan play was also released. The new image shows Eren, Armin, and Mikasa standing in the forefront while Levi stands in the back.

If you are not familiar with Attack on Titan, then you should know the popular anime is renowned for its intense action and gritty storylines. The anime follows a boy named Eren Yeager in an alternate world overrun by massive creatures known as Titans.
These mindless beasts have all but wiped out humanity, and mankind is left to cower in fear behind massive walls. When their sanctum is infiltrated by a slew of Titans, Eren and his friends Armin and Mikasa join the military to help eradicate the blood-thirty monsters. But, as they grow older, they learn that the beasts are not what they appear as long-held government conspiracies make themselves known.
Attack on Titan is now streaming its second season.
