Warning! Spoilers for Dragon Ball Super‘s “Universal Survival” arc may lie below!
Over on Reddit, user StarkusPasu uses the second opening for Dragon Ball Super to back up the order in which Goku’s comrades will go down. The theme “Limit-Break x Survivor” was created especially for the Tournament of Power, and an opening shot may hint at the fate of Universe 7.
As you can see below, one of the shots shows Universe 7’s team as they hold Dragon Balls. A closer look will reveal that each item is starred, and Krillin’s ball has fans thinking. The hero is shown holding the one-star Dragon Ball, and he was the first fighter to get disqualified from the Tournament of Power. If this becomes a pattern, then the order of Universe 7’s eliminations has been partially revealed.
If the fan theory proves right, Tien will be the next to go thanks to his two-star Dragon Ball. Master Roshi is holding the three-star one while Piccolo has the four-star one. Android 17 and 18 have the five- and six-star Dragon Balls. Frieza rounds out the count with a seven-star Dragon Ball. Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan are not featured or given a Dragon Ball as they will be the final members of Universe 7 left in the Tournament of Power.
Of course, fans will have to wait and see if this theory works out. The listing will be nixed very quickly if someone other than Tien is the next fighter to go out, so audiences will want to keep an eye out for Universe 7. After all, Master Roshi is gearing up for his own battle-centric episode against a sexy warrior; if there were ever a time the fighter could get taken out of the Tournament, it would be then.
