Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths - Part One Home Release Details Revealed

All three parts of the Crisis on Infinite Earths epic will be available in 2024. The first installment is over 90 minutes long.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has revealed the release details for Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths – Part One. The full cast, bonus features, release dates, and prices have been released, along with confirming some things that fans have been suspecting for a while: the three-part Crisis on Infinite Earths story will release throughout 2024...and the story will represent the end of the current animated universe, called the "Tomorrowverse," since its first installment was the Superman: The Man of Tomorrow movie. While the release does not reveal what the next plans are, but it's likely the direct-to-home animated movies are going to transition to something that ties into James Gunn's DC Universe, which he has said will use the same actors across live-action, animation, and video games.

Based on DC's iconic comic book limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez, join DC Super Heroes from across the multiverse in the first of three parts of DC's new animated film Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths – Part One, which marks the beginning of the end to the Tomorrowverse story arc.

The movie also clocks in at over 90 minutes -- a significant increase over the 70-minute runtimes that DC Universe animated features have had since Warners started releasing them more than a decade ago.

Justice League Crisis on Infinite Earths – Part One will be available on January 9 to purchase digitally from VOD platforms like Prime Video, Vudu, and Apple TV+. The movie will get a disc release two weeks later at major retailers, including a 4K Ultra HD steelbook. You can preorder those disc releases starting today at many retailers.

Here's how Warner Bros. Home Entertainment describes the movie:

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, DC and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, the all-new, action-packed DC animated film features some of DC's most famous Super Heroes from multiple universes including Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, who come together to stop an impending threat of doom and destruction.
