Superman has finally been added to the promotional banners for the Justice League movie for the first time.

As spotted on the official Justice League Movie Facebook page, the banner which has been used to promote the film seeing Wonder Woman, Batman, Aquaman, The Flash and Cyborg in an artistic form now includes Henry Cavill's Superman. The change was made on Tuesday morning.

The change to the promotional page for the ensemble film comes on the heels of a lackluster debut at the box office. Unable to crack the $100 million mark domestically, Justice League opened to $94 million in the United States in its opening weekend. It marks the lowest box office opening of any film in the DC Extended Universe, which to date includes Man of Steel ($116 million), Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice ($166 million), Wonder Woman ($103 million), and Suicide Squad ($133 million). The number also falls below the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie, which in 2014 nabbed about half of a million dollars more than Justice League by opening weekend comparison.

With Guardians of the Galaxy debuting to a larger box office weekend, the emphasis may lay on the reviews. The cosmic bunch of Marvel characters were a near completely unknown roster of characters but earned critic praise while Justice League stumbled in critic rankings, opposing ComicBook.com's four out of five star review.

With Superman finally being included in the promotional material, Warner Bros. may be aiming for a new marketing push heading into the ensemble film's second weekend at the box office. Whether or not the Krytponian will start appearing in trailers and TV spots is to be seen.

Justice League is now playing in theaters.
