In only a few weeks, it seems as though Gotham City has adjusted to having a new costumed hero patrolling their night skies, as the official synopsis for "I'll Be Judge, I'll Be Jury," the upcoming November 10 episode of Batwoman, teases that the city will "reach out" to her after a death in the city. It does not say anything abouta mystery, though; instead, it says a "disturbing" death, which suggests maybe an assassination to our mind. Of course, that could just be a few seasons of Gotham taking their toll on our deeply-ingrained paranoia.
Batwoman, which just scored a back nine order from The CW, will now have 22 episodes to investigate the mysteries of Gotham City (plus/minus a little bit of "Crisis on Infinite Earths" goodness this winter). The synopsis is teasing that there are plot threads for basically every major player in the series coming up. You can check it out below.

Alice (Rachel Skarsten) continues her nefarious plot against the Kanes, with Catherine (Elizabeth Anweis) being a conduit to part of her plan. Batwoman pays another visit to Mary (Nicole Kang.) In Batwoman, Kate Kane never planned to be Gotham's new vigilante. Three years after Batman mysteriously disappeared, Gotham is a city in despair. Still holding a flame for her ex-girlfriend, Sophie, Kate uses everything in her power to combat the dark machinations of the psychotic Alice, who's always somewhere slipping between sane and insane.
