Marc Guggenheim, an executive producer on The CW’s hit series, recently spoke about the possibility of Arrow‘s female characters uniting on a mission. But as he explained, it would need to bring in Sara Lance/White Canary (Caity Lotz), who is currently traveling through time on Legends of Tomorrow.

“It’s totally possible.” Guggenheim revealed to TVLine. “But truth be told, I wouldn’t want to do it unless we could figure out a way to get Sara in there as well. One of my favorite episodes was 406, where we had Speedy, Black Canary and Canary all fighting side-by-side-by side together, and that was a blast. Seeing three badass women was really, really awesome.”

Going into its sixth season, Arrow has more than enough female characters for such a team-up to occur. With Thea Queen/Speedy (Willa Holland), Felicity Smoak/Overwatch (Emily Bett Rickards), Dinah Drake/Black Canary (Juliana Harkavy), and a soon-to-be redeemed Laurel Lance/Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) all in the fold, Guggenheim says that its certainly a possibility.

“[An all-girls mission] is on our ‘bucket list,’” Guggenheim explained, “but I really want to figure out a way to get Sara in there as well.”

After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the North China Sea. He returned home to Star City, bent on righting the wrongs done by his family and fighting injustice. Oliver has finally solidified and strengthened his crime-fighting team only to have it threatened when unexpected enemies from his past return to Star City, forcing Oliver to rethink his relationship with each member of his “family”.

Arrow will return for its sixth season on The CW on Oct. 12, 2017, with the season premiere episode titled “Fallout.” The premiere will mark a move from its traditional Wednesday time slot to Thursday nights at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
