While San Diego Comic-Con, which is actually coming up in a couple of weeks, is a pretty big show when it comes to television shows and movies, it can also be quite the place for video games. And Sledgehammer Games knows this – in fact, it's already planning something huge for the event.

On their debut episode of the CODCast, which can be seen above, the developer confirmed that it will be attending the event, although it hasn't detailed just what it has planned yet.

Call of Duty games have been featured at the big event in the past, usually with some sort of multiplayer set-up or special event to hype the latest game in the series. Seeing as how Call of Duty: WWII saw a big boost from the Electronic Entertainment Expo a couple of weeks ago with its multiplayer set-up, it wouldn't be a big surprise to see it make a return at Comic-Con. Again, though, Sledgehammer hasn't revealed what's up just yet.

Whatever the case, Comic-Con should be an ideal spot when it comes to hyping the game, as it'll draw both attendees and outside gamers alike, especially if they have multiplayer all set to go. We'll let you know what the company has planned once they reveal details.

Call

In the meantime, enjoy the CODCast above, and look forward to Call of Duty: WWII when it arrives on November 3rd for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
