Now might be the best time to jump in for someone who hasn’t yet experienced the new DnD 5e-inspired revival of the Baldur’s Gate series.

According to Larian Studios, Baldur’s Gate 3 players achieved over 265 million mod downloads, and a recent community modding event added over 160 new mods in the span of a month. These facts make it unlikely, barring some extreme circumstance, that a discount in the near future will significantly save players more than they do now. Players who have been waiting for a better discount for years may want to take advantage of this opportunity if they still have a strong desire to play the game.
