For those Destiny 2 players looking to score some more loot from the mysterious Xur, weekend 2 has officially begun. Though many seasoned players may already have the exotics they’ve been looking for through the ongoing raid and strikes, there is still a chance to scoop up some much desired loot from this specific vendor. Whether Guardians are looking for that perfect boost to their endgame challenge, or are just wanting to show off those rare pieces, this is when and how to find exactly what you’re looking for courtesy of Xur.

This vendor’s location often changes, but for this week he can be found on Titan within The Rig. Once players have located the shifty character, place a marker for him on the map to track any in-game movement via the HUD.
Xur’s Exotic Weapons and Armor Sets
For this week, Xur has the Wardcliff Coil Rocket Launcher available for purchase. Some players may remember this from when it was referred to as the Dubious Volley, but this is a great weapon type when going into Public Events and Adventures. By firing a plethora of tiny rockets, versus one giant missile, the area of damage is much wider making DPS much more obtainable.
For the armor available, this is a breakdown of what is available for which class:
- ACD/o Feedback Fence Gauntlets – Titans
- Foetracer Helmet – Hunters
- Sunbracer Gauntlets – Warlocks
The items for the Titans and Warlocks should instantly be recognizable for those that veterans to the Destiny franchise. Both were seen in the first game. The ACD/o gauntlets provide a nice buff to melee power, while the Sunbracers are decent enough by enlongating the solar grenade effect.
The Foetracer helmet is perfect for those needing to up their DPS, because it provides additional damage. As the enemy’s health goes down, the damage for the Guardian goes up – which makes this very versatile in a game with strong PvP and PvE elements.
Destiny 2 is available now for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, with a PC release slated for October 4th.
