Several changes have been outlined for one of League of Legends’ upcoming patches that include buffs for Urgot and the seldom-used Manamune item.

While Urgot’s quite a bit more relevant now that he’s received his recent rework, the Manamune item is right up there with Ohmwrecker with items that are rarely seen on the Rift.
Riot Meddler outlined some of the plans that are being considered for Patch 7.21 that include several buffs and nerfs, those two changes being just part of the bigger goal for the patch. From likely buffs and nerfs to those that were just a possibility, several different ideas are being explored.
Buffs

As for the buffs, mana items and Urgot are on the table as possible recipients in the future patch.
Frozen Heart and Urgot are two areas that are “likely” to be buffed, the latter of which will be determined based on Sterak’s Gage changes. The item is being changed to be a melee-only option, and considering how many Urgot players build the item, it could adversely affect the champ.
Buffs for Manamune are being considered possible as opposed to surefire changes, but it’ll be interesting to see what options are explored for the item. The most obvious user of the item is Ezreal, but now that the adventurer has been seen much more in the jungle position where he can hit his power spikes earlier instead of slowly ramping up the damage, the item could definitely use some attention.
Nerfs

For the areas that might be nerfed in Patch 7.21, Sejuani and Azir are the unlucky champions that are on the chopping block.
Sejuani has been pretty dominant recently in the jungle as a tanky initiation that provided ample CC for her team, so the fact that she’s likely receiving nerfs should come as little surprise. The Gameplay Thoughts discussion doesn’t specify which areas will be looked at, but expect to see nerfs in the patch.
Azir’s nerfs are still being considered, but it’s been said in the past that the updated champion is doing pretty well, perhaps too well. However, the thought is that he might be doing fine for now considering how much things will change in the preseason, so they might hold off on nerfs for the desert emperor.
