A fan favorite is making his way to Power Rangers Legacy Wars, and will give the mobile title an upgrade in Gold Zeo power.

That’s right, the original Red Ranger Jason Lee Scott is joining Legacy Wars in his Gold Zeo Ranger form, complete with his trademark Golden Power Staff. Many remember Scott for his days as the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger, but he would give the role to Rocky Desantos in Season Two. During the Zeo years, the Rangers needed someone to take on the Gold Ranger powers, and current leader Tommy decided no one could do it as well as Jason.
Now fans can utilize the Gold Ranger in the hit mobile game as well, and if you manage to get him you’ll be procuring a Legendary status character. The Leader version of the Gold Ranger is part of the Balanced Class and comes equipped with two strikes and two breakers, as opposed to the two strikes, one breaker, and one special of other releases.
His first Strike is called the Quadruple Kick, and ends with a powerful knockback effect. It can also be canceled after the first hit. The second Strike is the Golden Pulse, which can be used at both close range and distance. His first Breaker is called the Leg Sweep, and is extremely effective if used before either Quadruple Kick or Golden Pulse, as it allows chances for juggle attacks. The last Breaker is called Lord’s Assault, and also initiates a launch at move’s end for juggle opportunities.
The Assist version has a Breaker called Gold Rush at his disposal. This ability allows him to run across the screen (much like Goldar’s assist) but does more damage at close range. It’s also great for opponents who happened to be pinned to one corner of the screen.

A flurry of kicks that sends his opponents crashing into the wall behind them.

A leg sweep that’s as strong as steel and leaves the opponent vulnerable

Jason shoots a flurry of energy attacks at his opponent that is both deadly close-up and at a distance.

Lord’s Assault (Breaker)
Like a bolt of lightning, Jason dashes at his opponent as a golden blur, leaping onto his opponent multiple times.

Gold Rush (Breaker)
Jason rushes at his opponent shooting powerful bolts of energy at anything in his way.
