SCUF Gaming Releasing Forza Motorsport 7 Porsche GT2 RS Controller

When it comes to playing the forthcoming Forza Motorsport 7 on Xbox One, you have a number of controller options available, as well as the ability to use a steering wheel peripheral if you've got it. However, if you really want to go all out with the racing game, SCUF Gaming may have the peripheral that you need.

The company has announced that it is producing a special edition Forza Motorsport-inspired controller for Xbox One, which will release later in October. The controller, inspired by the Porsche 911 GT2 RS that's exclusively in the game, looks to be a nice deluxe version of SCUF's usual line, with a sleek design that really stands out.

The controller, based upon Microsoft's Elite Xbox One design, features a neat silver finish, along with red and black racing stripes, black carbon fiber accents, a Porsche crest and the official Forza logo alongside the stripes.

On top of that, the controller also features the same Alcantara leather that you'll find in 911 Porsche models, which will make the controller very comfortable to hold. You can also adjust a number of other parts, since it is a SCUF Gaming controller, including toggles, handles and more.

There will be two different bundles available, one sold exclusively in Microsoft Stores, and the other sold on the SCUF Gaming website. Here's the breakdown of what will be available, and for how much:

The company has also confirmed that it will host a special launch event for the controller starting October 7th at the Microsoft Store on Fifth Avenue in New York city, where it will sell the first units before the controller becomes widely available later in October.

It's a bit on the expensive side, but a must for die-hard racing fans.

Forza Motorsport 7 will release on October 2nd for Xbox One and Windows PC.
