Cosplayers are a truly devoted bunch – they put original touches on paying tribute to so many characters, but some really go all out to assure that they match the tone of the character they're mimicking. And Angelica Acosta is one of those devotees.

The cosmaker and cosplayer, who can be found here on Twitter, has been hard at work on a new costume accessory, in the form of a pair of pair of weapons from Injustice 2. And so far, she's really getting the job done, with some intricate detail that looks to be along the same lines of the game developers themselves.

The first step that Acosta took was with creating Harley Quinn's gun. "Started my first attempt at 3D modeling for printing today, one of Harley's Injustice 2 guns, coming out pretty good I think," she noted on Twitter. You can see the image below featuring two different monitors, with one featuring the work being put into the design, and the other taking an up-close look at Harley's weapon from in the game.

But that's just part of the work. Acosta also put some effort into creating Red Hood's pistol as well. "Finished Red Hood's gun last night. Harley's is also ready to be printed. First try at this so they won't be the greatest but I'm excited!" she noted. And, like the previous image, this one shows off her work station yet again, with part of the gun's creation on the right and images from the game on the left, complete with a close-up of the newly added DLC character.

And then this picture shows the effort that's come from printing the guns. Even though the work isn't done just yet, it's rather impressive, and Acosta is no doubt adding paint to make sure they fit into her finalized costume. "Finally found time to finish my 3D model and get it printed," she noted. "Injustice 2 Red Hood guns are looking good." Indeed, they are.

Acosta told us she's preparing a costume for a nine-year old that's playing quite a bit of Injustice -- but she's got some great cosplays herself you can check out on her Twitter!

Injustice 2 is available now for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
