Namor

Marvel Studios has an immense amount of characters at its disposal, and there is a laundry list of heroes and villains that fans would still love to see make the leap to film.

One of those characters is Marvel's resident King of Atlantis Namor, and Captain America: Civil War writer Steve McFeely would definitely support the idea. THR asked what characters McFeely and Chris Markus would like to see, and McFeely responded: "Namor. He is kind of a jerk and has a chip on his shoulder and he is a king and lives underwater. The degree of difficulty is so high, though. Cause it could be a great movie or it could be truly terrible."

As for Markus, his pick would be something entirely different. "I think it would be cool to make a Marvel Zombies movie but that would require a whole other wing or, at least, another dimension." Still, the idea of introducing either to the Marvel Cinematic Universe isn't impossible, though recreating Atlantis would require a significant investment in CGI. The alternate universe idea is an interesting one, as it could also pave the way for something akin to the Ultimate Universe at some point.

McFeely and Markus' other film, Captain America: Civil War, releases on May 6th.
