The Wasp looks like she's just seen a Ghost in a new photo from the set of Ant-Man in the Wasp.

The photo offers fans their first look at Hannah John-Kamen in costume as the villain Ghost as she is apparently facing off against Hope van Dyne, the new Wasp, played by Evangeline Lilly.

Take a look below:

Not much has been said about Ghost since John-Kamen was cast. She is expected to be an antagonist in the film.

In the Marvel Comics Universe, Ghost is a tech-based villain created by David Michelinie and Bob Layton during their long run on Iron Man.

Ghost made his first appearance in Iron Man #219 in 1987 and has remained primarily a foe of Iron Man, though he has joined the Thunderbolts at times and faced off against other heroes.

The comic book version of Ghost is a male, but not much is known about him other than that he claims to be a former IT worker and that he appears to have an anti-capitalist worldview and specifically targets powerful tech companies like Stark Industries.

Ghost has a technologically advanced battle suit equipped with stealth technology that allows him to become invisible and intangible, hence the Ghost moniker. He's incredibly intelligent, using his mind for hacking, inventing, and tactical analysis, and is a skilled marksman as well.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe version of Ghost is expected to keep the battle suit and powers, but will likely fill in some of the character's backstory in a way that the comics have yet to do.

John-Kamen is best known for playing Dutch on the SyFy series Killjoys. She also played a Dothraki widow in the sixth season of Game of Thrones and voices Sweet Shalquoir in the video game Dark Souls II.
