It might still be a little early to explain exactly why a Happy Days lunchbox featuring Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzarelli appears in Captain Marvel (you know...spoilers), but, sufficed to say, it has an important function that goes beyond lunch or '90s purse trends.

However, we can tell you that a replica of the Happy Days lunchbox that appeared in Captain Marvel is available to pre-order right here for only $14.99 with shipping slated for October. As you will read in the description below, the lunchbox/tote is based on a version that was originally released in 1976.

"Yowsah, yowsah, yowsah! Bif Bang Pow! has reproduced another fabamundo tin tote, this time based on the Happy Days lunch box from 1976. They bought an old rusted one on eBay, scanned it, painstakingly touched it up, and updated it for today. Now totally cool again and completely licensed, this sensational Happy Days The Fonz Tin Tote measures 8-inches wide x 6 1/2-inches tall x 4-inches deep. It has a red plastic handle and features stylized artwork of "The Fonz" posing with his motorcycle on the front. Along with images of Fonzie, Richie, and Potsie on one side, there's other iconic Arnold's imagery, including a diner scene on the back. As if that isn't cool enough, this classic tin tote is featured in the film Captain Marvel! Ages 14 and up."

On a related note, Funko unveiled three new Captain Marvel Pop figures today, and one of them features the Happy Days lunchbox (sans expensive branding). You can pre-order that figure right here. Having the lunchbox and the Pop figure together just makes sense, don't you think?

The second Captain Marvel Pop figure that Funko released today is a new version of Goose with a 1-in-6 Chase. Fair warning - the Chase version will be something of a spoiler to anyone that hasn't seen the movie, so head on over to the product page at your own risk. As noted, you will have a 1-in-6 chance to get the Chase version when you order, or you can pick it up directly for a premium on eBay after the release date.
