ABC has released a second clip from Tuesday's "Uprising" episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Coulson and Simmons grow increasingly concerned as they watch, via a remote feed from a CDC facility (located in upper-state New York), Agent May's health decline even further. Her heart rate is erratic; her blood pressure continues to rise, and her adrenaline is spiking.

As Coulson, Mack and Fitz attempt to track down and neutralize a rogue group looking to end Inhuman Registration worldwide, Simmons and Dr. Radcliffe only have hours to save May before she succumbs forever to her mysterious illness.
