Today’s first trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp gave fans plenty to take in, but it looks like one moment is leaving people scratching their heads.

The trailer included a wide array of size-changing antics, involving both of the film’s titular heroes, a Pez dispenser, and more. One notable shot saw Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) taking his life on the run pretty seriously, as he used his size-changing technology on a large building. In the end, the building was roughly the size of a suitcase, complete with a retractable handle.
Interestingly, that particular moment has gotten quite a response from fans, with people trying to figure out exactly how the science behind that would work. Here’s a round-up of some of those responses.
@BethElderkin
Hold up, did Hank Pym construct a giant handle into his building?

If so, where did it go? Were there two giant columns that spanned the entire building?
And how did he make it retractable at the original size?
I have so many questions.#AntManandtheWasp pic.twitter.com/kXpuiUxVWa

I have so many questions about Pym’s suitcase building. Like is there some sort of gravity field that keeps everything inside it upright, or do all the toilets spill over when he tilts it?

Going by the explanation we were given in the first film, wouldn’t that shrunken building be impossible to move? #AntManandtheWasp

Hank Pym shrinking the building down to a suitcase is the most comic book thing Iโve ever seen. My hype meter might break for this movie

4. Michael Douglas should definitely patent the portable building and I want at least three. Beach house, woodsy cabin, city brownstone. Done. #AntManandtheWasp
