Captain America Statue From Sideshow Up For Pre-Order

Sideshow’s Avengers Assemble line has finally found its leader, and it’s just as impressive as you would expect.

The Avengers Assemble line of statues offers up “iconic incarnations” of Marvel’s Avengers, and the Captain America statue goes with the classic red, white, and blue look that fans have come to know. While the overall look is classic, the blue scale armor and mask are based on more modern looks for Cap. The beautiful texture work on the gloves, torso, and boots give the impression that they’ve been through considerable wear and tear, but they don’t go as far as to have actual battle damage.

The statue stands at an impressive 15 inches tall, and of course, Cap comes with his trademark shield raised and ready for charging. He stands atop a rocky crag base, and the Sideshow exclusive version also features an alternate head sculpt based on the silver age version of the character.

You can pre-order the star-spangled Avenger now, and he will retail for $360.00. He is expected to ship sometime between October and December of 2017. You can hit the following slides to view more images of the stunning statue.
