Between Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, and Chris Pratt, a running joke in Hollywood is about how interchangeably charming all the stars of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are, even causing one another to have extreme reactions to meeting. With Avengers: Infinity War uniting Hemsworth's Thor with Pratt's Star-Lord, the Thor: Ragnarok star revealed the meeting left him "shaken" due to his co-star's charms.
"The first time I really met Chris Pratt — and went on set with him and the Guardians — I was weirdly shaken," Hemsworth explained to Elle. "I don't know why. He's just so charismatic. And good at what he does."
Hemsworth debuted in the MCU back in 2011's Thor as an Asgardian out of water, struggling to find his place in the world while trying take down his brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and his schemes to take control of the kingdom.
Pratt only joined the MCU in 2014 with Guardians of the Galaxy, playing the charming pilot of the Milano that united him with unlikely allies.
After his solo films and Avengers movies, the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War will be Hemsworth's sixth installment in the MCU (including the release of this November's Thor: Ragnarok) while Pratt has only starred in two films thus far.
The upcoming installment will unite multiple realms seen in previous Marvel films, from the grounded reality featured in Avengers films to the cosmic corners of the universe seen in the Guardians movies as well as the vast dimensions that debuted in Doctor Strange.
As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment - the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.
