Guardians Of The Galaxy Marvel Select Figures Revealed

The new Guardians of the Galaxy line of Marvel Select figures has been unveiled and it features the five member team seen in the 2014 movie and comics which followed it.

Available on February 27, 2017, the line featues Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax the Destroyer, Rocket Raccoon, and Groot. Rocket Raccoon and Gamora come in a shared package. Each figure is priced as $24.95 with some already having soldout for pre-order. The line of Marvel Select figures is recommended for ages 8 and up.

As for the individual figures, each has very specific details.

Star-Lord:

• Highly detailed sculpturing
• Includes interchangeable masked and unmasked heads, two Element Guns that can attach to his hips, an interchangeable hand that can hold a stolen crystal, and a pair of boot-jet flame effects, which can plug into the soles of his shoes
• Includes detailed environment base
• Interlocking base connects with bases from the Drax, Groot, and Gamora with Rocket Raccoon Marvel Select Guardians of the Galaxy action figures (sold separately) to form large diorama
• Poseable with 16 points of articulation

Gamora & Rocket Raccoon:

• Set includes Gamora and Rocket Raccoon action figures
• Highly detailed sculpturing
• Gamora comes with three sets of interchangeable hands, sword, knife, laser rifle, and two laser pistols
• Rocket comes with two blasters
• Includes detailed environment base
• Interlocking base connects with bases from the Star-Lord, Groot, and Drax Marvel Select Guardians of the Galaxy action figures (sold separately) to form large diorama
• Both poseable figures feature 16 points of articulation

Groot:

• Highly detailed sculpturing
• Includes detailed environment base

Drax the Destroyer:

The Guardians of the Galaxy are gearing up for another theatrical run as the team is heading to theaters for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 on May 5, 2017. The entire team will be returning, also to be joined this time around by newcomer Mantis.
