The sibling director duo and some of their crew members are currently scouting locations for their upcoming shoot which will be the culmination of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The movie is shooting primarily in Atlanta, Georgia but will also branch out to global locations throughout the production.
Previously, the team filmed Captain America: Civil War in Atlanta, Georgia. They have chosen to return for the pinnacle moments of the MCU.

As for what part of Avengers: Infinity War the spiral staircase will be a part of, only the Russo Brothers can tell – and they most certainly won’t. Of course, the setting is familiar for those of us who watched Captain America: Civil War (which was just about all of us based on its box office numbers). The ensemble super hero brawler saw Captain America and his old pal Bucky fighting their way out of a similar staircase set in Germany.
On the other hand, the trippy imagery provided by a spiral staircase lends itself to the bizarre nature of scenes from Doctor Strange, as well. With the the Sorcerer Supreme set to appear in Avengers: Infinity War, the possibility of this location being part of his scenes remains.
Then again, the staircase might just be a staircase which is part of a scene no one can predict.
