September is just around the corner and Disney+ is preparing to celebrate the month with a ton of new movies and TV shows to stream. From existing Disney properties to highly anticipated new originals, Disney+ has a lot in store for the month of September. Now that the streaming service releases original titles on both Wednesdays and Fridays, each week throughout September is packed with movies and TV to enjoy.

Marvel’s What If…? made its debut on Disney+ last week and continues to be a hit amongst subscribers. Throughout September, new episodes of the animated anthology series will be released on Disney+ each Wednesday. Speaking of animated anthologies, Star Wars is also delivering a brand new series to Disney+ next month in the form of Star Wars: Visions. This new series will be combining the galaxy of Star Wars with anime for a set of seven original short stories.

For movie fans, there are some big additions making their way to the Disney+ library in September, including Tomorrowland, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, and Dark Phoenix.

Marvel Studios Legends – New Episode
“Marvel Studios Legends” serves as an exciting refresher for the various heroes and villains making their way to the highly anticipated streaming shows premiering on Disney+, setting the stage for the upcoming adventures. The episode will feature The Ten Rings.ย
