Doctor Strange has been shooting for awhile, but one key member of the cast hadn’t yet been found. Doctor Strange’s manservant, known in the comics simply as “Wong,” will be played, appropriately by actor Benedict Wong, according to THR. He’ll act alongside actor Benedict Cumberbatch, who plays the titular lead.

We can only imagine that introducing Benedict to Wong, also named Benedict, but playing Wong, will wind up on the blooper reel.
The character of Wong, being played by Wong, is a magical expert – though he doesn’t typically use magic himself. He does help with research in the occult and is a martial arts master.
Benedict Wong was most recently seen in The Martian, as JPL director Bruce Ng. He also plays Kublai Khan on Netflix’s Marco Polo.
Doctor Strange hits theaters November 4, 2016. It stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Rachel McAdams, Mads Mikkelsen, Tilda Swinton, and Chiwetel Ejiofor, and is directed by Scott Derrickson.
