Lucasfilm is going to be streaming from Star Wars Celebration this year.
Sadly, that's not quite as exciting as it sounds, but it's still pretty great: while the full show won't belivestreamed (or even really made available to the public at large), The Star Wars Show LIVE, presented by StarWars.com, will bring elements of the Celebration to your home computer or mobile device.
Streaming from Star Wars Celebration Europe beginning Friday, July 15, through Sunday, July 17, The Star Wars Show LIVE will feature celebrity guests, interviews with Star Wars creators, panels, and more.
Andi Gutierrez and Peter Townley of The Star Wars Show are set to host, bringing fans a look at the action as it happens. Very much like what ConTV does, it's not everything, but it's a pretty good representation of what's going on.
Also livestreaming is the special Rogue One: A Star Wars Story panel (July 15, 11 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. PT), presented by Verizon, in which director Gareth Edwards will join Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy and special guests for a discussion on the highly-anticipated film.
