There is a lot of curiosity surrounding the upcoming Star Wars spinoff, especially after all of the turmoil the production suffered behind the scenes.

But Solo: A Star Wars Story might not be in trouble, according to German filmmaker Holger Frick. He posted on social media that he was able to see a media kit from Disney loaded with footage from 2018s releases, including the upcoming Han Solo movie.

I just saw a Sneak Peak (EPK reel) of "SOLO - A Star Wars Story" and I must say I'm really really overwhelmed of how freaggin good it looks! (nothing about the story yet)

Alden Ehrenreich is amazing as Han Solo, and so is Donald Glover as Lando, Emilia Clarke and Woody Harrelson look awesome and it definitely had an "old" Star Wars Feel to it!!

Looks like this could be the 'fan-service-movie' some of the older Star Wars fans wanted from Episode VIII

This is the first instance of someone reportedly seeing footage of the upcoming film, which is about four months away from premiering in theaters. So while it's somewhat encouraging to hear such a ringing endorsement, we have to remain skeptical.

While a trailer is rumored to drop some time soon, Disney and Lucasfilm are pushing further and further to the last second before finally offering a look at Solo: A Star Wars Story. We've seen promotional material in the form of leaks and LEGO sets, but Disney has yet to offer anything official aside from a vague synopsis.

The studio usually prefers some pomp and circumstance for trailer releases, with teasers usually debuting at Star Wars Celebration events and trailers for Monday Night Football, on the Disney-owned ESPN network.

One of the few upcoming "must see" events that would put a ton of eyeballs on the film, and a reliable source for new movie debuts, is the NFL's Super Bowl which will be aired on NBC. Last year, Disney debuted the first trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales during the event.

Then again, there's always Good Morning America…

That said, GIVE US THIS TRAILER. We don't want to take someone's word for it; when it comes to a new actor playing Han Solo, fans need to judge for themselves.

Solo: A Star Wars Story premieres May 25th.
