Some HBO fans may be slightly disappointed in HBO’s April slate this year. Not because any of the shows are bad – in fact they’re all fantastic – but the spring heavy hitter isn’t coming until July. Game Of Thrones has been delayed until the summer, but some killer comedies will be around to save the day.

Silicon Valley is returning for its fourth season on April 23, and nerds all over the world can’t wait to see what’s become of Pied Piper. The tech-heavy series has followed the adventures and misfortunes of a young start-up in Silicon Valley, and the boys are in a bit of trouble heading into the new season.

To help hold everyone over until the premiere next month, HBO has just released the first trailer for Silicon Valley‘s fourth season.

Unlike the past three seasons, it looks as thought Pied Piper is venturing away from their famous compression technology. The guys are seen working on – and talking about – some different projects. Richard is experimenting with virtual reality software, talking about rebuilding the Internet, and even turning to rival Gavin Belson for help.

Even with all of the changes, this trailer proves Silicon Valley hasn’t lost a step in terms of its comedic genius. There are a ton of laughs throughout, including a great bit about ‘mansplaining’, in which Erlich does exactly that.

Along with the new trailer, a poster for the new season have debuted. The Silicon Valley Twitter account released the image this morning, and it’s everything you’d expect from the show.

The poster is a drawn art, rather than a taken photo, but it captures the hilarity and confusion of each of the major characters.

You can watch the full trailer for Silicon Valley above, and get into a little more detail with a gallery of still from the trailer below.

Silicon Valley returns to HBO on Sunday, April 23, at 10pm ET.
