The heels of Smackdown Live are some of the best the company’s seen in years, with superstars like Bray Wyatt, The Miz, Alexa Bliss, Randy Orton, and AJ Styles running roughshod over the rest of the roster.
For one of those superstars however, there might be a turn coming in the near future, at least according to legendary commentator Jim Ross. On the latest edition of his blog, JR gave his insight on what WWE is building with Bray (via SEScoops).

“Wyatt is a significant, character baby face in the making IMO and the fans at the live events in the arenas seem to agree. The entertaining and memorable Fire Fly entrance is pure ‘face and lets’s not forget that Wyatt’s grandfather, Blackjack Mulligan was one of the great character ‘faces of all time as was Bray’s mentor Dusty Rhodes.”
One of the biggest improvements that Bray has made to his arsenal is his versatility and conditioning, and it’s paying off big dividends.
“Bray has worked hard on his in ring game, promos and his physique and conditioning which is admirable. He hasn’t been afraid to try new material and he doesn’t have the same match every outing on TV as many of his peers often times do. Bray Wyatt is a timeless talent who would be a star in any era that I have been a part of the past 40 years.”
Next up is WWE Fastlane, which hits on March 5, followed by NXT Takeover Orlando on April 1. WrestleMania 33 lands on April 2, while Money In The Bank lands in St. Louis on June 8. NXT Takeover hits New York on August 19m followed bt SummerSlam on August 20.
