WWE Teases New RAW GM
Mick Foley was fired on Raw this week, bringing an end to his tumultuous tenure as Raw General [...]
5. Eric Bischoff
With three years of running RAW on his resume, Bischoff would be an obvious choice to comeback and run the flagship show, however the last time we saw the former WCW guru on WWE television he was being sent off in the back of a garbage truck.
Bischoff will be returning to WWE on WrestleMania weekend to induct Diamond Dallas Page into the WWE 2017 Hall of Fame, but I don't think a full time return is in his future.

4. Stone Cold
Not only does WWE believe Stone Cold might be a good choice, but so does Bayley, who we spoke to this week.
"I would love for Stone Cold to come back. That would be incredible! Because, I listen to his podcast all the time and he still watches it every single week. He watches RAW. He watches Smackdown. He watches the pay per views. So why not just be a part of it every week? That would be so fun!"
While we would all love to see the Texas Rattlesnake back in the WWE fulltime, he seems very content with his life of on the Broken Skull Ranch.
This next guy however ...
3. Edge
If anyone is a Smackdown guy through and through, it's Edge. However, WWE suggests "The Ultimate Opportunist could well seize on the ultimate opportunity, helping elevate Raw the way he helped build up SmackDown during the 2000's."
Yeah, Edge would be great, except this is the PG Era and Edge is The Rated R Superstar. I'm afraid there's just no room for live sex celebrations in the modern WWE.
The WWE also suggested a former manager ...
2. Jim Cornette
Yeah, nice try WWE. We know the bad blood runs too deep with ol' JC. He may be back to induct the Rock N Roll Express into the Hall, but we bet you'll have him on the first plane out the next morning.
Now to the unquestioned front runner for RAW GM ...
1. Kurt Angle
According to WWE, "Angle is returning to WWE, and – as far as we know – he has no plans to put on the straps again. Therefore, the time is more opportune than ever for The Olympic Hero to assume the position of General Manager."
Um, Angle has said many times that he hopes to put the straps on again, but alright, fine.
While we aren't exactly sure what Kurt Angle will be doing with the WWE after he is inducted into the Hall of Fame, it's true (damn true) that many rumors have speculated the former WWE Champion could indeed make his debut as RAW's new GM the Monday after WrestleMania.
