BTS seems to be the artist on everyone's lips these days. The popular k-pop group got social media buzzing after they gave an electric performance at the American Music Awards this year. Now, it seems like BTS is working on a new collaboration, and Suga just told fans it is not an expected one.

Recently, BTS parted ways with its on-going WINGS tour after holding a series of shows in Seoul. The final day saw the group hold a press conference at Gocheok Skydome, and it was there Suga revealed the band is "discussing a new collaboration."

"Collabs are always open," the artist said. "I think that a collaboration between artists that support each other well and have good chemistry is a good idea."

"A new collaboration is pending, but it is still in consultation stages. I wish everyone will look forward to it. This will probably be a very unexpected collab. I hope everyone looks forward to it and gives it lots of attention."

BTS's fans will surely be paying close attention to the possible track. The group has talked about some of its most-desired collab partners in the past, and fans think they may know who this new project is with. If Army is right, then Charlie Puth could be the man of the hour.

In the past, BTS has signaled its interest in working with Puth. Jungkook performed a cover of the singer's song "We Don't Talk Anymore" which caught Puth's attention. Earlier this year, the singer tweeted at BTS to check their direct messages on Twitter, and Puth got fans buzzing during a recent interview when he mentioned the k-pop act.

"I'm really excited without revealing anything," Puth told Jingle Ball this year. "I got to work with one of my favorite bands of all-time. I got to work on something with my project. They are legends in their own right, and I'm just very excited to hear the song."

"It's very, very, very, very shocking," Puth said. "It's unexpected."
