The entertainment industry has undergone an upheaval due to the ongoing pandemic, and anime has been no different. Japan has faced its share off cases since the illness was first identified in China, and restrictions for its State of Emergency have increased over the last few weeks. With much of Tokyo being asked to social distance if not isolate, production has crunched on several mainstream series. This means some of the biggest anime series slated to debut in 2020 have been shifted to new dates, and ComicBook.com is here to help you plan out a newly revised marathon schedule following all these delays.

This ranges from anime that were set to premiere during the Spring 2020 anime season such as Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World- Season 2, to anime that will be delaying their weekly offerings for the first time in a long time such as Pokemon: The Series and One Piece.

Unfortunately, as the weeks continue more major productions are joining the increasingly longer list of delays and cancellations as the uncertainty of the novel coronavirus continues to shift more people into their homes in order to better protect their health and safety.
