Garou is one of the most interesting characters introduce in the second season of One-Punch Man, looking to eliminate the heroes of the world while becoming a serious threat to the world at large as a result. Though Garou has yet to even make a dent against Saitama in their previous battles, a major change for the character has seemingly taken place in the manga that has fans arguing whether it makes sense for the anti-hero.

One-Punch Man’s manga isn’t the first time that the story of Saitama was told, with the webcomic being written and drawn by the creator of the series with the name of ONE. In the latest chapter, Garou’s rough exterior was smoothed down as he attempted to save the children that were witnessing the titanic battle between the heroes and monsters of the world, with the sinister martial artist even teaming up with the hero Metal Bat to save lives. Needless to say, this was quite the departure from the more villainous take of the original webcomic, which had fans debating the big character change.
