The X-Men have been the ambassadors and protectors of mutantkind for over 60 years. Since their inception, all the X-Men have ever wanted was to ensure a bright future for their mutant children and protect them from a world that would hate them for their differences. As these X-Men grew older and started having relationships with one another, their X-Genes would be passed on to the next generation. Oftentimes, these X-Kids not only inherited their parentsโ abilities but became even more powerful versions of them. With their upgraded powers, these Children of the Atom have surpassed their parentsโ expectations and become the future protectors of the mutant race.

In Marvel Comics, the X-Menโs roster and mutant population in general keep expanding, thanks in part to the mutant children who keep popping up. Many of these children of X-Men members quickly prove themselves to be among the strongest mutants in history.
5) Siryn

While the hero Banshee was undercover for a mission, his wife Maeve died and his infant daughter Theressa was put into the custody of his evil cousin, Black Tom Cassidy. This villain raised Theressa as a criminal named Siryn. Later, when Banshee and Siryn learned of each otherโs existence, they happily reunited and she became a hero. Like her father, Siryn has the ability to produce a supersonic scream that can destroy practically everything in its path. She also learned to use the vibrations of her scream to fly. Yet what makes Sirynโs power set superior to Banshee’s is that her sonic scream can also be used for brainwashing. Like the mythological creature sheโs named after, Sirynโs voice can hypnotize and bend people to her will. She can even make people fall in love with her. Siryn also temporarily gained a god-like form after killing the Celtic goddess the Morrigan and stealing her power.
4) Daken

Wolverine has sired many kids over his century-long lifespan, but his most powerful and dangerous is inarguably Daken. When Wolverineโs pregnant wife Itsu was murdered, he had no idea that their son had survived. Daken was later taught by the villain Romulus to hate his father for supposedly abandoning him. He would grow up to become a vicious villain who wanted to make Wolverineโs life a living hell. Naturally, Daken inherited Wolverineโs claws, healing factor, enhanced senses, and savagery. The twisted offspring also possessed the ability to release pheromones that he could use to manipulate other peopleโs emotions. Strangely, after Daken was murdered by Sabretooth, he became Wolverineโs superior. The demon Bagra-ghul resurrected Daken soon after his murder and transformed the feral mutant into Hellverine. In his new form, Daken wields superhuman strength, speed, hellfire generation, chain manifestation, possession, and fear inducement. Daken has now become a terrifying fusion of Wolverine and Ghost Rider.
3) Cable

Born to Cyclops and Madelyne Pryor, a clone of Jean Grey created by Mr. Sinister, Cable was created solely to be more powerful than his parents. However, Mr. Sinisterโs plot to weaponize this all-powerful infant was foiled when Apocalypse infected Cable with a lethal techno-organic virus. To save their son, Cyclops and Madelyne sent Cable into the far future where he could hopefully receive a cure for the virus. Raised in a hellish world ruled by Apocalypse, Cable grew up to become a ruthless rebel leader and powerful mutant. Although the techno-virus usually dampens Cableโs powers, when unrestrained heโs among the mightiest telepaths and telekinetics on Earth. He can control minds on a planetary level, rebuild cities moments after they’re decimated, rewrite his own DNA, and move planets. Cable can even use these powers to teleport and travel through time. With all this power, Cable has more than exceeded the expectations of both his parents and Mr. Sinister.
2) Hope Summers

Like his parents before him, Cable found himself with a child who possessed powers leagues above his own. Hope Summers was the first mutant born after M-Day erased almost the entire X-Gene from the universe. Alone and prophesied as the mutant messiah, Hope was adopted by Cable so he could protect her from those who sought to harm her. Taking her to the future, Cable raised Hope to be a skilled fighter. Soon, Hope developed the ability to manipulate others’ superpowers. Not only can she mimic the powers of mutants near her, but she can also copy multiple power sets simultaneously and use them to their full potential. Hope can also render other mutants powerless or significantly enhance their abilities. In addition, it was eventually revealed that her biological parent is none other than the Phoenix Force itself, which she used to undo the effects of M-Day. By becoming Hopeโs adoptive father, Cable helped to ensure that mutantkind was brought back from the brink of extinction.
1) Legion

Itโs only fitting that the X-Menโs founder would sire one of the most powerful mutants in existence. When Professor X had an affair with a woman named Gabrielle Haller, he unintentionally sired a son, David, aka Legion. When Legion was caught in the middle of a terrorist attack, not only did his mutant power manifest, but he also developed his dissociative identity disorder. With every new split personality Legion developed, he also developed a new ability that personality controlled. With thousands of personalities now making up Legionโs fractured psyche, heโs practically an unstoppable god with one of the most versatile power sets of any mutant. Legion possesses no less than 200 personalities with Omega-Level mutant abilities including time travel, telepathy, telekinesis, energy projection, clone generation, gravity manipulation, and reality warping. Professor X may be a mighty telepath, but itโs nothing compared to Legionโs vast, deadly arsenal that grants him command over the fundamental aspects of reality.
